Reading it
Half-lines cannot draw. A whole-number line can: “over 2.0 fouls” is a void at exactly two, and treating that as an under overstates the under's chance. Every line on this site is a half-line for that reason.
Definitions describe what Per90’s licensed data feed records, which is not always what a given bookmaker settles on. When the two differ, the bookmaker’s rules decide a bet.
