Meaningless without its denominator. 5/5 and 31/50 are both 100% and 62%, and only one of them is evidence. Every hit rate on this site carries the count it came from for that reason.
Definitions describe what Per90’s licensed data feed records, which is not always what a given bookmaker settles on. When the two differ, the bookmaker’s rules decide a bet.
